At approximately 6:00 p.m.,  the CBN’s secondary upstream provider experienced an issue resulting in traffic unable to route at the upstream location.  The CBN’s circuit did not go down but was affected by this outage.  The issue lasted until approximately 7:00 p.m. at which time traffic patterns resumed normal behaviors.  The primary connection was operational during this time period and traffic not destined to the secondary provider functioned as expected.
