2What is the CBN service area?
The CBN currently provides business and limited residential service within the city limits of Glenwood Springs.
3Does the CBN provide residential service?
The CBN offers limited residential service. The CBN only provides service to locations that also have business fiber optic connectivity. Commonly, residential service is offered at mixed-use locations.
4How long does it take to install service?
Installation times vary. For multi-tenant buildings with existing Fiber Optic service, internet can be turned up within a few days. For buildings without existing Fiber Optic service, installation can take anywhere from 2 to 6 weeks. A site survey will be scheduled in order to provide a more precise estimate of time.
5Can I use your VoIP service with my Fire Alarm?
No. Our VoIP service is not intended to be used for fire alarms or any other alarm services. We recommend purchasing an analog line through CenturyLink for fire alarms.
6How do I upgrade my service to a faster speed?
Easy! Email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will speed it up. Your new service pricing will be effective upon activation of the new tier of service
7How do I get billed?
The CBN bills monthly in arrears (after the service month). The bills are mailed to the service address on file via the USPS. The bills are sent in mid month and are due 30 days from the billing date
8How do I change my billing address?
Email email@example.com . Please include your business name and previous and current/updated address.
9Who should I contact if I have a question about my bill?

10Are taxes included in the price?
Yes, the monthly prices include the federal, state and local taxes
11Can I pay with credit card?
Yes. The City of Glenwood Springs accepts Visa, MasterCard and Discover
12Can Credit cards be accepted for automatic payments?
Currently, we do not accept credit cards for automatic payments as we are not allowed to store credit card information in our current systems. To use a credit card to pay, please call or email us each month at 970 384-6455
